UK CAA AIC on Servo Transparency. As a result of Colin McRae's well publicised crash the AAIB have recommended that all pilots of helicopters with hydrualically assisted flying controls bre reminded of the danger of Servo Transparency, Reversibility or Jack Stall (all names for the same phenomenon).
